Sales Development Representatives

100% Commission Based Compensation!

Visiple is growing and we have a need for a Channel Sales Manager Americas (CSM). Our CSM must have a passion for succeeding in our cutting edge Video Conferencing and Cloud Services industry. The CSM is responsible for account management and strategic sales growth in the assigned region and beyond!

Visiple is in the midst of developing some great new tools TBL in 2018/19.

Our newest service will retail for $10.00 per month to start and our enterprise solution is priced at $99.00 per month. We provide commissions on:

1-Free Trial / Free version

2-Paid subscriptions with a one time fee and a monthly running commission.

Our service can integrate with Google Hangouts, and more. (

We will be fully transparent! This position is 100% Commission Based until we have our funding and development plans completed.

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Visiple´s business-

Prospect aggressively to develop new business partners through networking, referrals, company lead generation and social media (most important).

Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business.

Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for Visiple to differentiate itself in the marketplace.


You are self-motivated with a consistent track record in software and channel sales. You are most comfortable working in a remote position / home office.

1+ years relevant experience in SaaS sales, or growth hacking.

Working understanding of social media and social network communities.

Highly motivated.

Growth hacker

Our Growth Hacker will focus on low-cost and innovative alternatives to traditional marketing, e.g. utilizing social media and viral marketing instead of buying advertising through more traditional media.

Our new services range from free to $10 per month and up to $99 per month. We would like our growth hacker to promote these services, get free service sign ups and paid via social media and social network communities (Twitter, Facebook, Github, ProductHunt, Linkedin, Instagram). We award a commission on free services and paid as well as a recurring monthly commission.

This position is ideal for a hobby or side job or if you are looking to build your business around.

Position reports to the CEO. Remote work position.

Ideal Candidate:

1+ year of experience in growth hacking / web marketing.

Independent and results driven

Experience with B2B and the technology industry ( apps, mobile, etc.)

Interest in technology and social media.


Manage Website, Social Media Strategies, Develop New Strategies

Generate Leads/Buzz (for freeware services and paid)

Support electronic closing process

Create Up-sell campaigns

Generate free sign ups and paid subscription sales

Engage potential clients over email, social media.


Part Time Commission based. Commission paid out on each free trial registered and each paid subscription.

Additional Bonus on milestones.

Eventual employee stock purchase plan.
